What You’ll Actually Do

• High-level diagnostics and drivability repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting (not just throwing parts at it)
• Work on a wide range of vehicles, including some European
• Be the go-to problem solver in the shop
• Work in a team that respects skill, speed, and professionalism

At Adam’s Super Service, experienced technicians are trusted to do what they do best — diagnose, repair, and keep customers safely on the road.

The Pay

We believe strong techs should earn strong money.

• $26–$42 per hour base (based on experience)
• Production bonus structure
• Realistic earning potential: $68,000–$90,000 annually
• (Assumes 32–35 weekly production hours)

This structure works because not everything in a smaller-town shop is billable — sometimes you’re helping with vehicle pickup, mentoring, or solving big problems. You still get paid well.
