Experienced A-Level Automotive Technician

📍 Adam’s Super Service — Durand, Wisconsin

🕓 Schedule: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts, Mon–Thu)

💰 Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + strong production bonus

About Us

Adam’s Super Service is a family-owned, community-focused shop in Durand, WI. We take pride in doing things right — honest repairs, top-quality work, and treating our team like family. We’re growing and looking for an A-Level Technician who values skill, efficiency, and integrity.

What You’ll Do

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical/electrical repairs.
Handle brake and suspension work, alignments, and drivability issues.
Conduct digital vehicle inspections and communicate clearly with service advisors.
Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
Help mentor and support junior technicians when needed.
Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, efficient shop environment.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with scan tools, schematics, and repair information systems.
Solid understanding of modern vehicle systems — electrical, drivability, and emissions.
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
